Tour Itinerary Description

Day 1 : Welcome to Vienna -First impressions of Austria

Your tour of Austria starts with Vienna, the imperial capital that is marked by its grand architecture, classical music, and exquisite cultural atmosphere. When you arrive at the Vienna international airport, our local representative will greet you at the immigration and the customs part of the airport. A personal transportation will take you to your hotel where you can rest after long flight on the international level. The remaining day is at liberty in order to get used to the local time zone and environment. You can go walking around the neighborhood, have a good dinner, or even just sleep in the hotel. Day 2 : Vienna Palaces and Gardens: Schoenbrunn and Belvedere

After the breakfast sightseeing of the beautiful palace of Habsburg Schoenbrunn, the summer place of the royal Habsburg. Explore its luxurious state rooms and well tended gardens. Savor the finely constructed architecture and the views of the entire panorama of the place as observed in the Gloriette. Then, you go on with your day at the Belvedere Palace complex, which houses a fine collection of artworks, including the works of such an artist as the Austrian Gustav Klimt. Day 3 : Vienna-Wachau Valley-Danube River Cruise and Wine Country

Leave your hotel in Vienna and move to the Wachau Valley, a picturesque area of Danube River that in turn is a part of the UNESCO list of locations due to its numerous vineyards, attractive towns, and ancient castles. Start with a scenic cruise along the Danube, through the vineyards and scenic landscapes along the river. Discharge in the old town of Dürnstein with the blue tower of the church and the medieval ruins. See Melk Abbey, an impressive baroque monastery with a view of the river and countryside. During the evening, you can taste wine and have dinner in one of the nearby vineyards with local specialties. Overnight Stay: Wachau Valley Region.

Day 4 : Wachau Valley - Village Exploration and Leisure time

This is a rest day in the Wachau Valley. Take it slow, stroll or ride through the vineyards and river trails or sit down, in the cafe squares. You can take a possible countryside sightseeing or go to the local markets or do additional wine tasting. Wachau Valley Region Overnight.

Day 5 : Depature

You can leave Austria today as per your schedule or can have an optional extension like maybe a visit to the neighbouring states like Czech Republic (Prague) or Slovenia (Ljubljana and Lake Bled) which provide you with additional cultural experience.

they came before time and even they were checking the flight schedule so they can come for early pickup. We had not to wait when we reach Paris early. eiffel summit access were booked for us and we had once in a lifetime experience there by facing the strongest storm of the year when we were at summit level. Disneyland day was all full of color. Everything was planned accordingly and in the suitable way as we were having senior citizen and toddler travelling with us. Planned 8days trip to Turkey with Viz travels. Overall it was a good trip.
