Refund policy and Cancelation policy

• All Cancellations should be intimated through email and the refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this Email: info@viztravels.com
• Token Amount is Non-Refundable but if the cancellation is because of a natural disaster so in the case token amount is refundable.
• If canceled 45 days or more before departure: 25% of the total package price would be retained as the cancellation fee.
• If canceled 45 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total package price would be retained as the cancellation fee.
• If canceled 30 to 15 days before departure: 75% of the total package price would be retained as the cancellation fee.
• 15 to fewer days before check-in Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
• No shows (Not informed): 100% of the package price would be retained as a cancellation fee.
• No refunds shall be given in case of any cancellations due to natural calamities.
• Cancellation may change according to the Hotel/Supplier cancellation policy. (if any inclusion of a package is non-refundable no refund will be done for that inclusion)
• For Flights/Trains/Buses, the cancellation will be as per the cancellation policy of Airlines/Train/Transport respectively where Convenience fees and discounts are non-refundable.
• Please note, TCS once collected cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation/modification. You can claim the TCS amount as an adjustment against Income Tax payable at the time of filing the return of income.
• Visa fees and visa handling charges are non-refundable.
• Viz Travels only provide visa service and plays no role in the grant or rejection of visa. The decision for the grant or rejection of a visa is at the sole discretion of the concerned embassy/high commission.
• In case of rejection of visa, a refund will be provided as per the cancellation policy for the package.
• In case, a transit visa is required by the customer, the responsibility for obtaining the same shall lie on the customer.
• The cancellation amount/charges will be calculated as per the total booking amount, irrespective of whether the full booking amount has been paid or not.
